Jenni is a chartered practitioner psychologist and has a background in working within the world of sport. Jenni has experience working successfully with a range of athletes from diverse sporting backgrounds. These include national and international athletes; amateur and elite level athletes; youth and young adults at academy level and within GB national talent pathway programs. Jenni has worked within disability football; academy football; professional football; PGA pro golf; amateur endurance sport (running/triathlons); masters national squash and international squash amongst other sports.

Since 2016 Jenni has worked with Hampshire Constabulary both conducting research on police stress interventions and providing consultation to senior and executive police leaders. She has published research in the field of stress management and continues to work on pioneering research which aims to help people navigate the challenges of working within the police or within sport.

Originally from Wales, Jenni lived in Asia throughout her 20s and chose to return to the UK to pursue her research and practitioner aspirations. Currently, she resides between the Isle of Wight and Lausanne, Switzerland and conducts the majority of her work online.

Jenni enjoys writing and exploring the outdoors in the company of her family and dogs Cocoa and Pippo, even on rainy and windy days.
